Xiong Xingchuang, Ph.D., Deputy Director of the Center for Metrology Scientific Data and Energy Metrology of the National Institute of Metrology of China (NIM). He is also member of the International Measurement Confederation (IMEKO)TC 6- Digitalization, member of the Digital Transformation Focus Group of the Asia-Pacific Metrology Programme (APMP).
