Juris Meija is a senior research officer at the National Research Council Canada working in the area of chemical metrology and certified reference material development. His principal focus is on mathematical modelling and data analysis in analytical chemistry, where he explores the reliability of chemical measurements. His work on isotope ratio measurements at the NRC has led to revised standard atomic weights for eight elements.
