Dr. Evan Bolton is the Program Head of Chemistry at the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI), which is part of the National Library of Medicine (NLM), an institute of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in the United States of America (USA). As a part of his duties, he manages the PubChem project. PubChem is the world’s largest collection of freely accessible chemical information with content from hundreds of data sources. Dr. Bolton has played a key role in the PubChem data system since its inception in 2004.
